Refund & Exchange Policy

All items are brand new, and will be carefully checked before being dispatched. We are not responsible for any losses or damages of the package or content during shipment. In the rare event that there is a factory defect, you may return it back to us for an exchange within 1 week. Item must be in the same condition and wrapping as received. Please check the detailed size measurement for individual products before purchasing. We do not accept returns on the basis of "wrong size."

Sha & Sha will give refund amount or exchange the product with new one under the following conditions;

  1. All items ordered at Sha & Sha are quality controlled. However please check your product carefully after delivery. In the unlikely event that you find any damage/defects in the delivered product, please contact us within 2 days ,and return the product within 7 days from delivery date.
  2. Product should be in original & unused condition.
  3. We may exchange the product with new one or give refund of you product only purchase price, excluding shipping & handling charges.
  4. We do not cover the cost of return shipping as you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in return shipping. All returned items are subject to inspection.
  5. Please note there could be a variance in colour due to screen resolutions which cannot be perceived as a defect. Also due to the manual nature of the embroideries/sequins/stones, there can be notable variations in embroidery/sequins/stones designs which are common industry accepted standards for hand-made items.
